Plenty of traffic at a large square in central munich, southern germany. The square has been named officially karlsplatz in 1797. Munich natives seldom use that name, calling the square instead stachus. Towards the end of the recording a tram tries to force its way, using his bell for a looong time. I opened a box, went through the cassette tapes, took one out, took the tape out of the plastic box, inserted it in the cassette player, pressed play, then pressed stop. Mono recording.
An emulation of the classic "rewind and stop" sound performed by djs to add tension before the drop. Made after tens of trials using fl studio's fruity scratcher on a sample i don't remember. A ride on the tram from our gate to baggage claim at the orlando international airport. This is probably my favorite part of the orlando airport, plus, it has some awesome automated announcements. Recorded july 9, 2017.
A 22 minute bus ride, almost silent. Only some passengers getting on and off, very short discussions with the driver and all basic sounds you can hear inside a bus. I guess this will leave you a lot of possibilities. Recorded with olympus ls-p4 onboard microphones.
This was a recording taken on a small train riding around the louisville zoo in kentucky, usa. I took this towards the end of the tour, and was on the back of the train so you can hear the announcer quite clearly directing us. Sorry if there’s some talking in the background, i was siting next to my aunt’s little foster child at the time and he was enjoying himself quite a bit. You can hear the train rumble against the tracks and slowly slow down, as well as some chatter of the riders and passerby. Used this myself in my song bossa nova- https://soundcloud.
